Privacy
This page covers the details you send us through the fit check on the Contact page, and what we do with them.
What the fit check asks for
The first step asks four questions about your business: number of employees, years of records, industry and company-wide email. On the second step you give your name and a work email, along with the name of your company. Your role and a note are optional. The form also sends the time and the page you sent it from.
Why we ask
We use your details to reply to you and arrange a first call, and we never sell them. Your four answers give us a first read on whether licensing fits your business.
Where your details go
When you press Request a call, our server sends two emails through Resend, an email delivery service. Everything you entered goes to our team inbox, and you get a short receipt at the work email you gave. Our server logs leave out your name, email address, company and note. If you write to hello@sixonepartners.com instead, your email lands in the same inbox. Resend explains its side in its privacy policy.
The site runs on Cloudflare, which sees technical details of each visit, like your IP address. The form also counts how often each IP address sends it in a minute to slow down abuse.
The spam check
On the Contact page, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person is sending the form. It looks at signals from your browser, and our server passes your IP address to Cloudflare with the check. Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy addendum says what it collects.
